Terms of payment
The prices for the merchandise are expressed in EURO. The payment is done by Credit Card and is 100% secure, our card processor being PaySistems.

Means of transportation
The cost of the dispatch formalities and international transport is calculated separately based on: parcel weight (or volume), destination country and transport fees specific to the way agreed upon for the dispatch.
The postal alternatives are:
- postal parcel dispatched by air mail, maximum shipping time is 21 days;
- postal parcel dispatched by speed post (EMS), maximum shipping time is 8 days;

Packaging
The merchandise is packaged and parcelled depending on the transport alternative selected, so that they will be protected in an appropriate way for the entire duration of the journey.

The ensuring of the parcels
All dispatched parcels are ensured “all risks”, depending on the means of transport. It is necessary for you to control the state and number of parcels on their arrival, before confirming their receipt.
